About the game
Peblet World is an educational game designed to help children practise money choices through play. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the game and device use are suitable for their child.
Pretend money
All Peblet money, account balances, wages, prices, purchases, savings and interest are pretend. Peblet Bank’s 10% practice interest rate is a learning example; real bank rates and conditions vary. Peblet money has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is not connected to a real bank or payment account.
Educational information
Peblet World does not provide personal financial advice, banking services or a formal financial assessment. Parent / Teacher View shows local play and learning activity; it is not a school grade, diagnosis or guarantee that a skill has been mastered.
Local progress
Progress is stored on the device. A grown-up can export a backup, but Peblet World cannot guarantee recovery after app deletion, storage clearing, device loss or a failed backup.
Content and ownership
Peblet World’s name, characters, artwork, audio, stories, interface and software are protected content. They may be used for personal play through an authorised Peblet World release and may not be copied, resold or republished without permission.
Availability and updates
The game may change as it is improved. Features, artwork, prices made with pretend money and device support may be updated, temporarily unavailable or retired. We aim to preserve local progress where reasonably practical.
Fair use and safety
Do not attempt to damage the service, bypass security, copy restricted content or use Peblet World unlawfully. A grown-up should manage app installation, backups, support contact and device settings.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are intended to operate under applicable Australian law.
